Refund Policy

Last updated: July 7, 2026 · Applies to all paid Xpat Spain packages sold by Jose Ricardo Diaz Garcia, Lima, Peru. Payments and refunds are executed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record. Contact: support@xpatspain.es.

The principle

Our packages are personalized digital deliverables, built specifically for your case. You pay for the preparation work — completed forms, drafted letters, checklists, calculations, timelines and support — not for a visa outcome. Visa and residency decisions are made exclusively by Spanish authorities, and no one can guarantee them. For that reason, refunds are tied to whether we delivered what you bought, never to the decision an authority makes on your application.

✓ You get a refund (full)

✕ Not grounds for a refund

Errors: we fix first

If you find an error in a paid deliverable, report it at support@xpatspain.es within your support window with a description of the issue. Correcting our errors is always free and always our first response. Refunds under the "uncorrectable error" clause apply only when correction fails.

Requerimientos and rejections

If your application receives a request for corrections (requerimiento), Concierge includes re-review and correction of your file as part of the package. On other tiers, we will tell you honestly what the requerimiento requires and what your options are.

How to request a refund

Email support@xpatspain.es from the address associated with your purchase, with your Paddle order number. Eligible refunds are processed through Paddle to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days of approval.

EU and UK consumers — right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer in the EU/EEA or the UK, you have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal from distance purchases. Our packages are personalized digital content and services: by purchasing, you expressly request that we begin preparing your personalized materials immediately, and you acknowledge that once your personalized package has been delivered within the 14-day period, the right of withdrawal is lost with respect to the delivered work, as permitted by Directive 2011/83/EU (arts. 16(a) and 16(m)) and the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Until delivery, our 14-day no-questions refund above applies — which matches or exceeds your statutory right.

Your statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits non-waivable consumer rights under the law of your country of residence. Where those rights grant you more than this policy, the law prevails.
